The Department of Labor has issued a model notice for the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), which is effective April 1, 2020.

You are a covered employer if you are a private with fewer than 500 employees (and certain public employers are also covered) and should post this notice at your physical premise(s) and deliver electronically to teleworking workforces.

The FFCRA, among other provisions, expands FMLA to cover COVID-19 related absences and provides a new paid sick leave benefit.
